EEN COSME Project: Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is the world's largest network enterprise serving especially SMEs, large companies, and researchers who want to establish international cooperation with over 3000 experts working in 600 member institutions in more than 62 countries. The network includes chambers of commerce and industry, technology transfer centers, research centers, and institutions providing support to SMEs. Different institutions in each city/region come together to form their own Enterprise Europe Network consortium.
Our aim with the project is to inform companies about internationalization, foreign trade, intellectual property rights, and international cooperation, to develop innovation and R&D infrastructures, to increase the competitiveness of companies in the international market, and to establish international partnerships. Apart from information and infrastructure activities, the European Enterprise Network profile database also mediates companies to find each other for commercial, technological business partnerships, or joint R&D projects. In addition, organizing international B2B bilateral meeting events, it is aimed for companies to meet each other face to face and find potential partners.
INNOV-EM Project: The project aims to assist innovative SMEs in the region to remove barriers to innovation and growth in the region.
The project aims to provide integrated SME services aimed at increasing the 'key customer management and capacity of successful SME Tool applicants to manage their innovation
processes. Within the scope of this project, mentoring and coaching services are offered to SMEs. The Horizon2020 (H2020) programs and projects aim to help SMEs cope with competitiveness, R&D, innovation gap, and environmental challenges. EEN aims to be a key tool to help support the internationalization, innovation, and competitiveness of SMEs.
The consortium has focused on increasing the number of companies in the region that can apply for the SME Tool, with services to increase the innovation management capacity of SMEs, as projected in the 2020-2021 period. In the second phase of the project, a current situation analysis will be carried out with IMP3rove for SMEs that are found eligible for innovation management service support. In order to develop innovation management capacities, it is aimed to prepare a roadmap by preparing a jointly agreed action plan to eliminate the deficiencies, weak points, and bottlenecks identified with the IMP3rove diagnostic tool.
EU Funding Programs Activities: Awareness and project matching activities are carried out in order to create opportunities that can help the Technopark management and our companies located in our Technopark benefit from European Union funding sources, develop innovative products and services that can compete at the international level, reach foreign markets and develop partnerships. In this context, various information meetings, bilateral cooperation meetings, consultancy services, and project follow-up activities are carried out.
The European Union's 9th Framework Program, Horizon Europe, is aimed to support science and innovation activities with a budget of 95.5 billion Euros between 2021 and 2027.

The structure of the Horizon Europe Program is gathered under 3 components, similar to the structure of the Horizon 2020 Programme. These 3 components have been determined as Scientific Excellence, Global Challenges and Industrial Competitiveness, and Innovative Europe. It is planned that the sub-programs will be compatible and integrative with each other and with other Unity Programs. The concepts of open science and open innovation will be applied throughout the Programme.
