Job description

We are looking for a responsible Software Support Specialist to assign in our office in Kocaeli University Technopark.

Job Detail

• Will provide end-user support of our software
• Knowledge of MS SQL server database and T-SQL
• It will record the service requests that will come in line with customer demands.
• Evaluate customer support requests, generate solutions, propose solutions or direct them to other team members
• Log review and follow-up on requests
• To prepare and update the technical and user documentation related to the systems and modules for which he is responsible.

• Fluent in English to follow the literature
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Open to innovations, always tending to self-development
• Those who are/will be residing in Kocaeli (İzmit)
