The purpose of the program:
It aims to learn the concept of the project and management standards in accordance with the internationally accepted Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology and with examples, to gain the ability to take part in projects effectively, to gain the ability to lead corporate projects, to adopt project processes and success factors.
As an effective project member, it teaches how to organize project resources, how to plan, adhere to deadlines and budget, manage project scope and changes, and manage risks in order to cope with uncertainties through classroom case studies.
It is valid as Project Management Training of at least 35 hours, which is one of the prerequisites for entering the PMP certification exam.

After his undergraduate education in Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering, he graduated from ITU Management Engineering Department with a master's degree.
Çetiner, who started his career as an Application Consultant at the Swedish-based IFS ERP Software Company, took part in the Şişecam Flat Glass Group and Işıklar Holding ERP projects during his 3-year working period in IFS Turkey. Çetiner, who transferred from IFS Turkey to IFS Germany upon the completion of his master's degree, worked as a consultant or project manager in the ERP projects of many companies, including large companies such as BMW, Siemens, Franke, during his 5-year career in Germany.
Çetiner transferred from IFS Germany to Brisa Bridgestone Sabancı Lastik A.Ş. as a SAP Consultant, and after working as a SAP Consultant for a short time, he assumed the position of Information Systems Department Manager. During his 8-year working life at Brisa, he contributed to the development and management of important projects.
After Brisa, he started to work as Project Management Manager at BNP Paribas Cardif Pension, Life and Insurance A.Ş. of French origin. Çetiner, who led the Project Management Office during his 3-year tenure at BNP Paribas Cardif, focused on adapting project management tools to the company, demand and portfolio management, risk management, budget management, providing quality assurance, determining and reporting IT performance measurement metrics, supplier management, He took charge in the fields of IT governance and continuous service improvement. Cetiner, who left BNP Paribas Cardif payroll at the beginning of 2016 and founded his own company, Argelabs Information Technologies, continues to serve its business partners and provide competitive advantage by developing cloud-based innovative solutions.
