Instructors:

Gökhan EROL

EROL, a graduate of the Business Administration Department of Ankara University, began his career in the logistics sector and continued at Evyap Holding and Ödül İlaç companies. Since 2002, he has been sharing his expertise in foreign trade, target market analysis, international marketing, and government incentives through training and consultancy work, leveraging his 29 years of experience in the field. He has contributed to the training and employment of over 30,000 qualified Foreign Trade experts in many cities in Turkey and has participated in conferences and seminars at universities.

He prepares SMEs for international competition and trade through consultancy activities, applies the recognition/diagnosis processes of the general operations and specifically the international trade/export departments of institutions, creates main roadmaps for institutions, and reports on implementation successes by monitoring and inspecting areas that can be improved and developed.

He shares his experiences with university students and newcomers to the sector through a series of seminars called "Conversations with Foreign Trade". The "Foreign Trade Fairies" project, of which he was the brainchild and coordinator in 2010, was successful. He has a published book titled "New Incentive Applications for Investors and Investment Guide". Additionally, as part of the Innovakademi team, he continues joint book projects to be shared with the public in 2024. He currently provides training and consultancy services in many Exporters' Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and UR-GE projects, including Innovakademi. He continues to take part in various projects as a guest of various universities and provides Target Market Analysis training.

Barış YAŞBALA

Born in Istanbul in 1990, YAŞBALA volunteered for many civil society organizations such as TEMA Foundation, Greenpeace, and TOG Foundation. He graduated from Marmara University German Business Informatics Department in 2015. He provided social media and LinkedIn training to companies and universities to ensure brands are properly positioned in the digital world. He was involved in the establishment of Fabrikahane digital agency, which provides digital marketing services to companies, and participated in the creation and management of digital marketing strategies for many brands such as Home Sweet Home, BNI Turkey, and iyisahne.com. After working for Google Ads in Ireland, he returned to Turkey and participated in the establishment of Multiligo Agency. Barış Yaşbala, specializing in digital business development, continues to provide consultancy in digital marketing and finding new customers in exports.

Fatma AĞCAGÜL

AĞCAGÜL, born in Istanbul in 1990, completed her education at Anadolu University International Relations Department. Previously, she worked for 3 years as an Import-Export operations specialist and for 4 years as an export customer representative in customs consultancy. She continues to work as the Coordinator of Government Incentives at Innovakademi.
