After graduating from METU Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he graduated from Industrial Engineering at Fachhochschule Wedel in Germany. After living in Germany for 20 years, after returning to Turkey, he worked as the General Manager of Magspin in Eskişehir. In 2020, he founded AJH Edison Innovation and Technology Project Consulting firm with Arzu Kocabaş and Jag Tessouki.
