Can Demirağ, who graduated from Samsun Anatolian High School in 1997 and from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering in 2001, has been in corporate life since 2001.

He held key positions at mid-level and senior positions at Garanti Pension, AxaSigorta, BNP Paribas Cardif and Cigna Sağlık Hayat Emeklilik in the Marketing, Operations, Call Center and Customer Services and Complaint Management departments.
